Keeping the Magic Alive

Here's how we are handling parties and events to keep our guests and performers safe

The health of our guests and cast members comes first, and we've had to temporarily implement new policies to reflect current state and federal recommended guidelines.

  • NEW: While we have lifted guest limits for packages that do not normally have them, we ask that you use your best judgment when sending out invitations to ensure crowds do not become too large or dense.

  • All guests are expected to wash their hands prior to our characters' entrance, and we ask that our performers and attendants be allowed to do so as needed.

  • Sadly, our characters are not able to offer hugs at this time and will limit physical contact. But we will be encouraging curtsies, waves, and teaching fun dances.

  • We ask and require that all adults at your event wear masks over their mouth and nose; this includes our performers - Royal Attendants and all characters.

    • All children ages 2 and up must be masked for the duration of our visit, no exceptions.

  • If you would prefer to see our characters' smiles, we are offering virtual visits and extra content from the comfort of our Tea Parlor. We are also offering private virtual calls; e-mail a Fairy Godmother for more information.

  • For packages that include a tea party, we ask that a sink with running water and dish soap be provided so we can do a quick wash of our cups, saucers, and tea pots prior to taking them back to the castle for a final disinfecting wash.

  • Should you make the choice to cancel your event, we will happily refund any payments you've made past your nonrefundable deposit. Your deposit can be applied to: a future visit or virtual party booked within 1 year of your original event date, or membership to The Tea Parlor.

  • If we feel adequate safety and hygiene precautions cannot be taken at your event due to crowd density or hygiene, we reserve the right to exit the party without refund.

We ask that you please speak to your guests prior to our characters' arrival so they are briefed on this change. Characters will not enter a party space until all guests who require them are wearing masks.
